Canadian hardwood cutting boards, sourced and sold wholesale since 2016.
Where It Started
Back in 2016, Allen and Penny noticed something. People wanted good Canadian-made cutting boards and nobody was offering them at wholesale prices. So they did something about it. That’s really how the whole thing got started.
We’re based in Quebec — which couldn’t be a better place for this kind of business. Right in the middle of maple hardwood country. We source boards made from Canadian maple, cherry, and walnut, and every single one gets checked before it goes out the door. No fillers, no imports, no compromises.
Who We Are
It’s just the two of us — Allen and Penny. We run everything ourselves. When you send us a message, you’re hearing back from us directly. No call centres, no ticketing systems. Just two people who actually care whether your order shows up right and on time.
We’ve been at this for close to ten years now. A lot of our customers come back again and again and we think it comes down to two things. The price is fair and we get orders out fast. That’s really it.
Quebec: Maple Hardwood Country
Quebec is one of the best places in Canada to source hardwood and it’s a big part of why we’re here. The boards we carry come from Canadian maple, cherry, and walnut. Dense, durable, holds up to real use, engraves cleanly, gives resin artists a surface that actually performs.
Every board arrives flat, consistent, and ready to go. Food-grade glue, solid construction, uniform sizing. Doesn’t matter if it’s going into a commercial kitchen, getting a logo burned into it, or heading to a resin studio — it’s ready.
Who We Work With
Honestly a pretty wide range at this point.
Resin and epoxy artists found us early and a lot of them never left. Our maple boards work well as a blank — smooth surface, rounded edges, consistent shape. Hobbyists, Etsy sellers, craft studios, art centers. All kinds.
Laser engravers are another big part of what we do. Flat boards, tight grain, unfinished surface, no surprises on a production run. Engravers who’ve had bad experiences with inconsistent suppliers tend to stick around once they try ours.
Wedding planners order from us for favors. The couple’s names and date engraved on a hardwood board is the kind of favor that ends up in someone’s kitchen for years instead of a junk drawer.
Realtors use our boards as closing gifts. A maple or walnut board with a logo sits on a client’s counter every day. Better visibility than a wine bottle that’s gone the first night.
Restaurants and commercial kitchens buy from us for the obvious reason — hard maple takes the kind of daily abuse a commercial kitchen puts equipment through and holds up.
Corporate gifting buyers come to us because a Canadian hardwood cutting board with a laser-engraved logo is the kind of gift that doesn’t end up in a closet. We work with companies running small client programs and large holiday orders.
Minimum order is 24 boards per model across all of it.
We don’t engrave in-house. We supply the blanks — flat, consistent, unfinished hardwood that laser engravers can work with reliably batch after batch. We work with engravers who handle corporate and event orders regularly and can connect you with someone if you need it. Or bring the boards to your own person. Either way is fine.
We Ship Fast
Most of the year orders go out within a few business days. Around Christmas it gets busier — closer to a week. We’re upfront about that. If timing is tight, reach out early and we’ll do what we can.
We ship across Canada.
