Everything you need to know before you order wholesale cutting boards from us — minimums, pricing, samples, shipping and payment. Canadian hardwood, shipped across the country, one business to another. If your question isn’t here, just get in touch.
Minimums & Products
What’s your minimum order quantity?
24 boards for standard wholesale, and that’s per style — so it’s 24 of the same board, not 24 mixed across the catalog. Running a custom engraving program? The minimum is 50. Full breakdown on our pricing and minimum order page.
Do I have to mix wood species, or can I order all maple?
Your call. Maple, cherry, walnut — order one species or mix them across your order. Every board comes in all three. We stick to those three Canadian hardwoods and that’s it. No bamboo, no softwoods. See the full lineup on our shop page.
Pricing & Quotes
How does wholesale pricing work?
Price is per board, based on the style and size. Volume breaks kick in at 100 boards and up — so the more you order past that, the better the per-unit price. These are wholesale rates, not retail with a markup. The fastest way to get real numbers is to request a quote.
Do you have a price list or catalogue?
We send the price list on request. Browse the full range on our shop page, then send us a quote request for the boards you want and we’ll get you pricing.
How do I get a quote?
Easy. Send us a quote request with the boards and the quantities you’re after. We come back with pricing, lead time, and shipping. Prefer to talk? Call 819-578-4574.
Can I get samples before I order a full batch?
Yes — if the board is in our inventory, we can send a sample. Charges apply. Send us a quote request and let us know which board you’d like to see.
Shipping & Payment
Do you ship to the United States, or Canada only?
Canada only for now. We ship right across the country.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across Canada with Purolator, FedEx, and UPS. Orders go out 3 to 5 days after payment clears, depending on the time of year. Heads up: October through December things run a little slower, so expect a bit more lead time over the holiday season.
What currency do you invoice in, and how do I pay?
All invoices are in Canadian dollars. We prefer payment by e-Transfer. Credit cards are accepted too, as a last option.
How long have you been doing this?
We’ve been supplying wholesale cutting boards since 2016 — Canadian hardwood, shipped across the country, one business to another.
Ordering & Accounts
Do I need a business number or a reseller account to buy wholesale?
Nope. No business number, no reseller account, no application to fill out. If you’re buying 24 boards or more, you’re a wholesale customer. Send us a quote request and we’ll take it from there.
How do reorders work — same minimums every time?
Same deal every time: 24 boards per style, whether it’s your first order or your tenth. The minimum doesn’t change once you’re a customer. Easy to reorder — just send us what you need.
Do you require a deposit on large or custom orders?
Yes. Larger and custom orders need a deposit before we start. Smaller orders are paid in full up front. Either way, boards ship once payment clears — see our Wholesale & Ordering page for shipping timelines.
Do you charge taxes?
Yes. We’re a registered business, so applicable Canadian taxes are added to your invoice — the rate depends on your delivery address. The exact amount shows on your quote before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Reselling & Etsy/Amazon Sellers
Can I resell your boards on Etsy, Amazon, or in my own shop?
Absolutely. Lots of our customers do exactly that. Buy at wholesale, sell them on your own storefront, your own price. No problem on our end.
Do you drop-ship to my customers?
Not the way most people mean it. We’ll ship your order — 24 boards or more — to any single address you give us. What we don’t do is send individual boards out to a bunch of different customer addresses for you. You order the batch, we ship the batch. Your customers are yours to handle.
Are the boards branded? Can I sell them as my own?
The boards come unbranded. No logo. No stamp. Nothing of ours on them. So yes — brand them, name them, sell them as your own line.
Can you engrave my logo before you ship?
Yes. Send us your logo or design, we engrave it. Custom engraving runs on a 50-board minimum. That’s built for sellers ordering a real batch, not a one-off. Send a quote request with your artwork and we’ll sort it out.
