We source these in Canadian maple, cherry, and walnut. Small size, same dense hardwood as the full-size boards, no corners cut.

Maple is the clean all-rounder here. Pale, hard, tight-grained, and it shrugs off the constant in-and-out use a little board sees. Cherry adds warmth if the mini’s going to show up at the table or in a gift set. Walnut, dark and dense, makes a small board feel a lot more premium than its size suggests.
