Missing boards
That’s the one we hear about most. Order shows up and the count is off. Boards missing.
First thing — check if there’s a second box. Sometimes orders ship in multiple packages and the second one shows up a day later. Check the packing slip too. If it’s genuinely short after all that, reach out. We’ll look into it and fix it.
Before you call
Have your order number ready. Saves time on both ends.
If the issue is something you can photograph, do it before you reach out. Missing items, damaged packaging, anything you can show us — a photo moves things along a lot faster than a description.
Defective boards specifically — check the warranty page before calling. There’s a 7-day window to report defects and we need photos. Better to know that going in.
