Cutting Board Order Lead Times

Standard orders go out in 1 to 2 weeks. That’s the normal window.

There’s a catch though. October, November, December — those months are a different story. We get slammed. Corporate gifting, holiday orders, event planners all showing up at once. If your order falls in that window, plan ahead. Reach out early. Don’t bank on the same turnaround you’d get in March.

Standard orders

One to two weeks from order confirmation. That’s for regular catalogue stuff — maple, cherry, walnut in standard sizes. Order goes in, we confirm it, it ships.

If something’s off we tell you right away. No radio silence.

Custom orders

No fixed timeline on custom. A custom size is one thing. A custom shape with artwork and branding is something else entirely. Two very different production timelines.

When you reach out, tell us what you need. We’ll give you a real number — not a shrug and a “few weeks.” An actual range you can build a plan around.

The holiday crunch

Seriously — if you need boards for the fall or holiday season, don’t wait. Every year people reach out in November expecting a two-week turnaround. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t.

The safe move is to order early. Give yourself room.

Shipping

We ship across Canada and into the USA. Purolator, FedEx, UPS — depends on the order size and where it’s going.

Tracking info depends on the carrier. We’ll let you know what’s available when your order goes out.

Hard deadline?

Tell us upfront. If you’ve got an event, a launch, a gifting deadline — put it in the quote form. We’ll work backwards from your date and give you a straight answer on whether it’s doable.
